This past week, we completed an our final 3K Time Trial of the year, as well as a tough day of intervals at the roller ski track at the Ariens Nordic Center. We wrapped all of that up with a fun night hanging out and cooking with the team, and a final OD to wrap up the week on Sunday We have a few weeks until race season so stay tuned for Thanksgiving and December tune up training vlogs coming soon!
