BluePrints to my builds: https://www.etsy.com/de/shop/Madebyth... Yes winter is almost over but I really wanted to build this Big Welding project this winter season. As sledge runner I used kids carving ski. The top is Aluminium the whole sled weighs just 6kg. I thought it will be way heavier. The seat turned out that that is my highlight on this build. I never thought it will have that tense. To build it it took me around 7h. And for the test runs I build a second one. We had a nice time from one of the last few days when there was snow. It runs very well even on the flat stretch we were sliding on. For next season I will build definitely another one with a steering. Not that the sledge was good at steering, but for the next season I will build a slightly lager sled that two people can drive comfortably.
