Flame on with Chris' Salamanders out for another spin, set against the children of the Warp, a nasty mix of Khorne, Slaanesh and Nurgle. 18 bloodcrushers.. 18... Will the overwatch threat of those Land Raiders hold back the daemonic tide? Or will more skulls be added to the skull throne with under the mass of mechanical hooves. Let's find out! On the Salamanders Firestorm Assault Detatchment, Vul'kan Hes'tan heads up the force with Adrax Agatone. A Lieutenant with combi weapon is on loan from the Blood Angels with the Adamantine Mantle, 6 Aggressors, an impulsor, 3 inceptors with bolters (a bit worse since the balance data slate), 2, yes 2 Land Raider Redeemers with Flamestore Cannons along with Infernus Marines, Scouts, Bladeguard Veterans, standard Intercessors and a big unit of 6 eradicators. We're using the updated Space Marine rules here, meaning extra good oath of moment and a horrendous amount of shots coming out of the standard intercessors! Daemons Daemons Daemons. Khorne skewed for today with 3 units of 6 bloodcrushers! 2 Bloodmasters on Skull Thrones start the buffing for these units for extra attacks and damage, as well as Skarbrand handing out even MORE ugly Khorne bonuses! A Great Unclean one with Plaguebearers, 10 bloodletters, 3 fiends and a stupid changeling. A bit more glass cannon than we're used to but we want to see just how crazy these bloodcrushers can get! 2000 points of new Warhammer 40,000, Imperium vs Chaos. Let's get to it.
