Drain the water and set the wheat aside. Step 2: Prepare the Meat Cut 250g mutton or beef into small pieces and wash them well. Set the meat aside. Step 3: Cook the Meat Heat 2 tablespoons ghee or oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add 1 large chopped onion and sauté until it's golden brown. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 tablespoon ginger paste and sauté for another minute. Add the meat and cook until it's browned. Step 4: Add Spices Add 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, and 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder. Mix well to combine. Step 5: Add Wheat and Liquid Add the soaked wheat and 2 cups water or broth to the pan. Mix well to combine. Step 6: Slow Cook Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 hours or until the wheat and meat are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Step 7: Season and Serve Add salt to taste and mix well. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice. Tips: Use a slow cooker or pressure cooker to reduce cooking time. Adjust spice levels according to your taste.
