Painting plaster rocks with washes.

Well , I can't keep casting plaster rocks for ever...so it's time to get out the paint and have a go at putting some colour on the rocks and bring them to life! Having the artistic ability of a house brick....I have watched dozens of videos in a effort to gain some skills in the scenery department, and painting rocks is a lot easier than I thought,,though the devils in the detail , as they say! I have chosen some bright colours, which may be a bit much, though the black wash has toned them done to some degree? Still a lot to learn and I think a little less colour overall would be a little better and next I will try some brown and grey shades for a comparison. And the French theme......I have no idea??
