We're trying out a new video format to bring you updates on our development progress! In the first Civil Networks SCP Devlog we are excited to share details about our upcoming new content. As you may have already seen in our teasers, the Helping Hands are three new SCPs which will be coming to the Site 65 facility, in this video we share with you their gameplay mechanics and what you can expect to see with the update! Item #: SCP-22415 Object Class: Euclid Special Containment Procedures: SCP-22415-1, SCP-22415-2, and SCP-22415-3 are permitted to roam freely within Site-65, providing assistance to Foundation personnel as needed. Although they have proven trustworthy and moral on all occasions, facility staff are to report any unusual behavior or communication to the Site Director immediately. Access to SCP-22415 is permitted to Level 1 personnel or higher, however, contact with class D personnel is forbidden outside of a controlled testing environment. Description: SCP-22415 refers to a set of three anomalous mannequins, designated SCP-22415-1, SCP-22415-2, and SCP-22415-3. These mannequins are believed to have been created in the early 1920s by Smithers Carpentry Co for a client named "Miguel Anderson" at a New York City fashion store. SCP-22415-1: This mannequin was sold and shipped to a warehouse in Ankara, Turkey. It remained untouched until it was recovered by the SCP Foundation. SCP-22415-2: This mannequin was initially sold to a clothing designer in Glenrothes, Scotland. Subsequently, it was resold to a vintage collector in 1957 and remained in storage until the SCP Foundation's recovery. SCP-22415-3: This mannequin was purchased by a shoe manufacturing factory in Berlin, Germany, where it stayed until the end of 1945. It was then taken by Soviet Forces to St. Petersburg, Russia, and placed in storage. On the 5th of October 1979, SCP-22415-3 was witnessed by multiple individuals walking outside the warehouse before disappearing. The SCP Foundation was alerted and promptly located SCP-22415-3 inside a janitorial closet at the Tsar Mall in Moscow. SCP-22415-3 willingly provided information about the other two mannequins during interviews with Foundation personnel. All three mannequins were subsequently relocated to a Foundation facility and individually marked with distinctive colors to facilitate identification. Addendum 22415-A: Communication with SCP-22415-3 SCP-22415-3 has proven to be cooperative and has provided valuable information about its counterparts, SCP-22415-1 and SCP-22415-2. It claims that all three mannequins share a unique connection, which enables them to "relocate or sometimes even vanish." Further research into this anomalous property is ongoing. SCP-22415-3's ability to communicate non-verbally has been instrumental in the containment and study of SCP-22415 as a whole. Research into the origin and nature of SCP-22415 and the extent of their anomalous properties is ongoing. Note: Due to their helpfulness and cooperation, SCP-22415-1, SCP-22415-2, and SCP-22415-3 are permitted to roam freely throughout the Site-65 facility, assisting staff with various tasks. The connection between SCP-22415 and its alleged creator, "Miguel Anderson," is under investigation. Efforts to uncover the history and purpose of these anomalous mannequins are ongoing, and any relevant information will be added to this document as it becomes available.
