Ingredients Tomatoes(cut into halves) - 3pcs Cardamom - 4pcs Cloves - 4pcs Ginger - 1inch Garlic - 6cloves Cashew nuts - 12 pcs Water - 2cups *Take all the ingredients and boil till the tomatoes turn soft. *Cool it and grind in a grinder to make a smooth paste. Eggs boiled (cut into halves) - 5pcs Egg white boiled (grated) - 1 pc Oil - 2tbsp Bay leaves - 2pcs Onion(Chopped) - 2pcs Salt - 1tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin Power - 1tsp Coriander powder - 1tsp Water - 1cup Cream - 2tbsp Fenugreek leaves(Kasuri methi) - 1tbsp *Heat oil in a pan and add the bay leaves and the onions and fry the onions turns brown. *Add the prepared tomato paste and fry till the mixture leaves oil. *Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, Cumin Power and Coriander powder, then fry well. *Add water and let it cook for 5 mins. *Add cream and cook for another 5 mins. *Add Kasuri methi and mix well. *Add the boiled eggs and cook for 5 mins. Turn them over in between. *Add 1grated egg white and cook for another 5mins. *The delicious Egg Lababdar is ready.
