Hey so im just a sushi chef who likes to make sushi. My goal is to show you tricks and tips that i've learned over the years so that you can make sushi at home. Heres a video on a quick video on how to make the EASIEST staple japanese rice bowl. A Don just with fatty tuna and uni... hope you guys enjoy. First- Once your sushi rice is ready, mix sea urchin into the rice then add some soy sauce to taste. Once thats done the base is already ready. Then simple finely chop the fatty tuna till it becomes a paste almost. Simply just top the uni rice in a bowl with the fatty tuna on top then add chives and any green you want for garnish!
