(No commentary) This time I want to show the ramp start I usually perform during the dynamic campaign missions, using a virtual crew chief controlled via voice commands. English is not my native language, so please forgive my pronunciation. I try to follow real world procedures as closely as possible, although some inaccuracies are present because, well, I'm not a fighter pilot and I can miss many details. For example, the oxygen configuration during the EPU check is not correct on rewatch. Real ramp start checklists can differ significantly depending on squadron SOPs, aircraft configuration, and operational context. For instance, the SEC CHECK can be performed right after engine start or delayed, and there are EOR procedures that I am not doing here. Many checks are purely cosmetic and done for roleplay purposes, even though BMS simulates a tremendous number of systems. Voice control and feedbacks are managed through FoxVox, which performs really well even with my strong accent (when the system doesn’t respond, it’s usually just a pronunciation or mic quality issue causing it to hear a different word). It allows direct control of the virtual crew chief, ATC, AI elements, and even aircraft systems. The crew chief voice used here is from BOGEY DOPE. https://foxster.itch.io/foxvox If you have any questions or correction, I'm happy to answer them in the comments. 0:00 Before Start 0:58 Starting 2:15 After Start 2:46 EPU-SEC 4:13 Avionics 5:16 FLCS 9:11 ECM & Avionics 11:01 Before Taxi
