Created new recipe of Eggs & brinjal by village women. They make up mixed fry of Brinjal & Eggs. Delicious Eggs recipe created by village women. Normally we fry or omelette eggs using some salt & spice. Also we sometime fry brinjal with some spice ingredient. This time we made mixed fry of Eggs & eggplant. We have made a small hole in eggplant pieces. 15 village women cutting brinjal into small small pieces then make a small hole under the eggplant pieces and in the hole put some spice mixed eggs then fry it on hot oil. This way they make about 300-400 pieces mixed eggs & eggplant fry food. Then they cooked some watery pulses mixing up some brinjal pieces with it and serve it with rice. About 200+ people were eating together this new food of eggs. This is totally new recipe of eggs & eggplant. After finish cooking women serve the food to whole village people.
