At RegenWorld '25, I had the pleasure of sitting down with David Rose — designer and builder of regenerative community ecosystems, founder of Just One Organics, and CEO of Unified Field Corporation. David has committed his life to helping transition our civilization toward thriving, compassionate, and restorative communities. In this conversation with The ECO Channel, we explore what he does, how he does it, and why it matters — from reimagining food systems to building the infrastructure needed for regenerative local economies. At the heart of his work is the Gentle Drying Center (GDC) — the manufacturing hubs where Just One Organics products are created. These centers purchase large volumes of organic produce and gently dry them into whole fruit and vegetable puree crystals, preserving nutrients while creating shelf-stable food products. But the deeper story is how GDCs function as economic engines for local food systems: • They stabilize markets for farmers by creating consistent, high-volume demand. • Farmers can contract harvests before planting, giving them reliable market access. • Fair and predictable pricing allows farmers to plan, expand, and invest with confidence. • Consistent demand encourages increased food production and collaboration among local growers. • Fallow land can be revitalized and brought back into productive agriculture. • Local employment grows across the agricultural ecosystem — including equipment manufacturing, soil labs, composting operations, and value-added food enterprises. In short, GDCs are not just processing centers — they are catalysts for resilient regional food economies. If you care about regenerative agriculture, local food sovereignty, and scalable models for thriving communities, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss. And if these are the types of dialogues that inspire you, stay tuned for RegenWorld '26 — where visionary leaders gather to explore practical pathways toward regeneration. 🌱 Follow our webpage for updates on the upcoming festival May 5–10 at Cosmos Ranch Foundation: https://regenworld.net/ Learn more about Just One Organics here: https://justoneorganics.com/ #Regeneration #FoodSystems #LocalEconomies #RegenerativeAgriculture #JustOneOrganics Disclaimer: This interview was conducted at RegenWorld '25 as part of The ECO Channel’s independent media coverage.
