This next walk picks up where the last one left off, but with a gentler focus on positivity. I find myself reflecting on just how far a simple smile or kind word can go, often lifting someone’s spirit more than we might ever realise. As I wander these familiar paths, gratitude is at the heart of everything. Grateful to have the freedom to walk here whenever I choose. Grateful for the calm these surroundings so naturally offer. Grateful for the way each step seems to release the noise and stress of daily life. I feel the environment created by these surroundings is a genuine effort on part of nature to help me unwind and relax and find my calm and peace. The ducks and geese gliding across the water - dipping in and out of the lake, the willows brushing against my face and hands with their tender touch, the rustle of leaves adding a sweet magical melody to the rhythm of my footsteps, the hush of the wind weaving through me - entering softly through one ear, circling within to help purify my soul before leaving through the other ear. I view all these elements combining in a genuine endeavour to help me relax and clear my mind from all the stresses of life. To reset and restart each day, and take on every new project in an absolutely positive manner. I feel truly grateful and blessed to be living these moments and I feel absolutely privileged to be able to record these moments and share them with all my viewers.
