I used Plater with Quazii's profile for all of S1 M+, and it worked pretty well. However, I'd always used Threat Plates before, which is much lighter on resources and a bit easier to set up. I've got it set up with the S2 priority mobs and have the appearance and functions in a decent place. This video walks through a little bit of setup and most of the functionality.
