The small number of deaths you can find in The Deadseat and both endings. You should probably not let hitchhikers forcefully enter your car either in the game or real life. Starving (or the spider monster in-game) skips scavenging unless you haven't grabbed the camera, in which case that segment repeats until you do pick it up as the game wouldn't be playable without it. For the jumpscare each section of the car has to be damaged twice in order to get killed which is pretty generous. Obstacles just damage a random section but don't do anything once everything is fully damaged so you can't die from them. Hardcore changes the mechanics a bit, as now a red eyed version of your monster appears that you must not use the camera on and just ignore it. On the final night the creepy fellow from the normal ending removes the doors and windows so that any mistake is death. Dying during the scavenging section has you lose what you found. Hitting an obstacle also loses fuel now, so mistakes driving lengths the level. I don't think there's any other endings as nothing happens until you take the wheel in normal mode. In hardcore you can get back in the car when you have to find the stone but this bugs the game out (and I think you weren't intended to do that).
