From Lukung, we continued riding along the shoreline, passing through Spangmik, Mann, and Merak, each village more peaceful and beautiful than the last. The turquoise water on one side and the brown rugged mountains on the other made this ride unforgettable. By the time we reached Merak Village, our stay for the night, I couldn’t hold back my emotions anymore. Standing in front of the mighty Pangong Lake, I felt my childhood dream finally come true.
