This week's LeadBuddy Office Hours was all about optimization — making sure the systems we've already built are actually delivering results. A few highlights: Built out a complete reactivation system for Rich (CPA) With tax season ramping up, we imported his 2024 client list, built a pipeline for 2025 returns, and set up automated text/email outreach to get clients booked. The pipeline tracks opportunities with estimated revenue at each stage, and we're layering in automations for: Appointment confirmations and reminders Follow-up sequences for leads who haven't booked within a set timeframe Nudges when opportunities sit idle in a pipeline stage too long or tax deadlines are approaching Document requests when appointments are booked Google review requests when returns are marked complete Real-time status tracking for every return We also discussed migrating his GoDaddy site over to LeadBuddy — consolidating his website, forms, chat widget, and CRM into one system while cutting an unnecessary subscription. Showed Robert how to use dynamic AI-populated custom values Set him up with auto-updating holiday dates (Valentine's Day, etc.) so his email campaigns stay relevant year after year without manual updates.
