Perfect Mango Float Ingredients: 1 1/3 cup crushed grahams (for the crust) and extra for the layers (about 2 1/2 cups) 1-2 pieces sweet mangoes 500 ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight) 1 big can condensed milk (chilled overnight) 5-6 tbsp melted butter 10 grams gelatine procedure: 1) In a bowl combine 1 1/3 cup crushed grahams and melted butter 2) Mix with spatula until just combined and with clean hand mix the crumbs until well combined. 3) transfer the crumbs into the pan 4) Arrange and distribute the crumbs evenly 5) use the bottom of the glass to pack it firmly 6) Chill for 30 minutes 7) beat all purpose cream on highspeed for 5-8 minutes until the cream is doubled 8) Gradually add the condensed milk and beat for another 3-5 minutes 9) mix gelatine and 1/8 cup of hot water until it dissolves 10)Pour the gelatine into the cream mixture 11)mix well but do not overmix 12)assemble cream and grahams 13)spread the cream evenly 14)arrange the sliced mangoes on top of the cream 15)cover the first layer with crushed grahams 16)distribute grahams evenly 17)add cream for the second layer and spread the cream evenly 18)cover the last layer of cream with crushed grahams and add the sliced mangoes on top 19)Chill for 12 hours or overnight 20)Gently remove the wall belt 21)Best served Chilled Like us on facebook for more videos tutorial / kusinachef2 Subcribe on our youtube channel / kusinachef Carefree Melody by Twin Musicom is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...)
