A 200KM training ride, where the focus was on pacing and fuelling for the Mallorca 312. Follow along for a key session of 200kms where i test a fuelling strategy for the 312. I use PF&H products, after lots of years in endurance sports I’ve tried lots of brands and PF seem to be the one that works best for me. I’m quite used to taking on gels and carb when exercising and would have what some might refer to as a ‘trained gut’. I talk through all of the products and totals in the video. I probably fuelled heavier on the first three hours of the ride but this seemed to work ok as the body didnt want much more toward the end.
