Today I'm at a famous local chain of restaurants in Warsaw called Zapiecek. I came to try some traditional Polish food and this place has all the famous Polish dishes. I decided to try something I've never had before called "Bigos". It's a dish made up of sauerkraut, mushrooms, meat and other spices. It was absolutely delicious and they gave me a huge portion. I also decided to try the Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka. Which is a famous Polish Vodka. It was very smooth, but also quite strong. One shot was enough for me.
