The event included an artist talk with Kelwin Coleman, a presentation from local non-profit BreakOUT! and a performance and talk with Alynda Lee Segarra of Hurray for the Riff Raff about art as a vehicle for social change. The series will coincide with the gallery's bi-monthly shows! The goal for this event is to celebrate activism in the arts and spark a dialogue with our community about the potential power of art, music, and performance to drive social change.
