He explains his recent dentist visit and lingering lisp before diving into the brutal challenge. The run begins at the usual spawn point with extreme cold (-23°C), immediate hypothermia risk, and no decent clothing or gloves found at the plane crash. He pushes through frostbite warnings, loots a few basics like socks and a hacksaw, fights off wolves, and barely makes it to Thompson's Crossing for guaranteed matches in the rural store. After warming up and crafting improvised hand wraps, he eats to recover health before the first affliction (Diminished Form) hits, then settles in for the night while planning the next moves.
