North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) requires the provision of passenger transport services to supplement its existing arrangements for school and pupil transport (drop-offs and pickups before and after the school day), and transport for pupils with Additional Support Needs (ASN). During this online webinar we will watch our expert walk you through the bidding process, using the NLC tender documents for this transport opportunity. We will demo how to register/ login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) , how to find the contract notice and express interest. We then follow the NLC buyer’s instructions verbatim, to access the tender documents and open all envelopes. We will spend time on questions that perhaps tripped bidders up in the past.
