The Adelaide Education Group was honoured to support the 2025 Project HOPE Winter Charity Gala, joining nearly 300 guests in raising funds for Project HOPE’s humanitarian work in the Philippines. A volunteer-led organisation, Project HOPE is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged communities through people-based, faith-driven programs in education, health, livelihood, and disaster relief. Its commitment to dignity, equity, and empowerment strongly resonates with AEG’s mission to enrich lives through education and social responsibility. Project HOPE President Louie Trocio opened the formal program with a heartfelt address, followed by a moving presentation by Vice President Joel Espartero highlighting the tangible impact of the organisation’s grassroots initiatives. A special recorded message from Mr Raffy Magno, Executive Director of Angat Buhay, reminded all in attendance that collective action and shared purpose can drive meaningful, lasting change. Key messages of support were delivered by Ms Aida Garcia, representing the Philippine Honorary Consul to South Australia, and The Hon. Jing Lee MLC, who reaffirmed her longstanding commitment to community and multicultural inclusion. Also present at the Gala were 2025 FSCCSA Achiever Awardees CEO Adelaide Institute of Higher Education Fatima Reyes-Della Verde and City of Playford Councillor Jane Onuzans. AEG, with its AIHE, Adelaide Institute of Business and Technology, and the Adelaide International School, is proud to support initiatives that empower communities and reflect our values of inclusion, compassion, and making a difference beyond the classroom.
