iRepair box, instrument communication error!!!! (Part 2)

Received the iRepair box yesterday but it doesn't seem to be working. Keeps saying Box instrument communication error!!!! I contacted the seller and shared my video with them hoping it would making it easier than just the pictures they asked for. In the meantime they got hung up on the fact that the phone was already in DFU mode and that the fault was with the phone. After explaining that I have tried multiple phones both in and out of DFU mode, they still insisted that the phone was in DFU mode and that we now had to REFLESH it in iTunes. SO, since iTunes does not have a REFLESH option I did a restore on the device back to factory settings. I connected it back to the iRepair box in normal mode, which gave no different result to the first bunch of tests, then set it in DFU mode again and retest it, still no luck.
