Stir well until completely combined. A thick dough will form. Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan. Transfer the peanut butter mixture to the parchment-lined pan, and spread into an even layer. Microwave the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 second intervals, stirring well between intervals, until melted, about 40 to 60 seconds. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and freeze for 2 hours, or until the bars are set up. When you’re ready to serve, remove the bars from the pan and transfer them to a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to slice desired sized bars. Enjoy!
