Fried green tomatoes with garlic sauce 🍽 Easy, quick and delicious recipe

The first time I saw this recipe was in the movie of the same name ``Green Fried Tomatoes''...in 1991. A great movie with great performances that everyone should see. For quite some time, the movie was on my mind as well as what the green fried tomatoes would have been like, what taste and texture they would have had.... After some time I found some unripe and green tomatoes and made the recipe.... I had to watch the movie again maybe there was some secret to the recipe..... In those years it was difficult to learn things because there was no internet....Here in Greece at least.... I did not notice any particular detail and made the recipe. They turned out delicious, and since then when I think about the power of friendship (something that takes place in the movie) a recipe with green fried tomatoes immediately comes to mind...I'm showing it to you as I learned to make it myself. Bon appetit…..
