IDDSI 101: Introduction

This webinar explores each of the eight levels of the texture continuum and provides practical information on how to perform the testing methods, next steps to further your knowledge on IDDSI, and get started on implementation. This webinar is coordinated by the Canadian IDDSI Expert Reference Group, in order to develop a series of presentations and resources to support Canada-wide implementation.
