Three Weeks After Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift with Dr. Kian

I got a lot of comments on my previous post with Nancy showing the reality of what post-op recovery looks like, so I wanted to share another update with you as she continues her healing journey. In our last video together, Nancy was only one day post-op and shared her honest account of her first 24 hours after undergoing surgery with me. Now three weeks post-op, she is back in the clinic to share how her recovery has accelerated, her daily routine has essentially returned to normal, and her results are slowly coming into focus. I performed a deep plane lower face & necklift, upper & lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer to forehead, temples, under-eye hollows, smile lines (nasolabial folds), chin, earlobes and hands, and we completed her six hour surgery with laser resurfacing around the eyes and mouth. While this might sound extreme, I really took a ‘less is more’ approach for Nancy’s case. She’s naturally very beautiful and you’ll see as her healing continues, the outcome will be absolutely marvelous. She’ll look just like herself, just a far more refreshed version.
