Magic Kingdom After New Year’s! Christmas Still Up + NEW Starlight Parade ✨

We headed to Magic Kingdom just after New Year’s and were thrilled to see that the Christmas decorations were still up! 🎄✨ The holiday magic was still lingering throughout the park, making the day feel extra special. As soon as we arrived, the Festival of Fantasy Parade was already in full swing. Seeing all the colorful floats and characters was such a fun way to start our adventure! From there, we made our way to Tomorrowland where we rode the classic Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover and then took a spin on Astro Orbiter… which turned out to be a very dizzying experience! 😵‍💫 Next, we stopped by It's a Small World and even tried our luck at pulling the Sword in the Stone… but sadly neither Marty nor I were able to free it from the stone. Maybe next time! The absolute highlight of the night was watching the Disney Starlight Parade. It was breathtakingly beautiful, stunning, and absolutely magical. Seeing the lights and floats glide through the park was a moment we won’t forget. At the end of the night, there was a mad dash as everyone rushed to leave the park—but we decided to hang back, relax, and enjoy a bucket of popcorn while soaking in the last bits of magic. 🍿✨ Days like this remind us why we love Disney so much.
