Other parts of the Xhublet costume are: collar, trouser leg, hamstring, paranik, canes and soles, etc. Xhubleta" dedicated to the study of this very old traditional clothing of our Highlands. The file to declare Xhubleta an intangible cultural heritage under the protection of UNESCO was submitted in the spring of 2021 and the Albanian Xhubleta was declared a UNESCO World Heritage in November 2022. Xhubleta is a 4,000-year-old garment and its acceptance as a property by UNESCO will help to preserve the craftsmanship of its creation from generation to generation.
