Hand vs Electric Grinder for Espresso (Timemore Nano vs WPM ZD-17N)

Comparing the performance of my hand grinder, Timemore Nano with my new electric grinder, WPM ZD-17N for espresso. Overall, both grinders perform well for espresso. The shots I got from both grinders (with similar extracted liquid weight and shot time) are very good . However, I think the WPM wins by simply having more steps to adjust. Some data below for the 3 shots I pulled, all using 17g of coffee and 34g of espresso out: 1. Timemore Nano set at 9 steps from zero (12s, 5 bar, tasted sour, hollow) 2. Timemore Nano set at 8 steps from zero (26s, 11 bar, tasted balanced, sweet, clear) 3. WPM ZD-17N (27s, 11 bar, tasted stronger, slightly more sour) It would be interesting to do this experiment again for different beans and see whether the result is the same in the future.
