This workout was filmed in the beautiful fall scenery at a park in Layton, Utah:) It is a strength training superset with cardio bursts meaning that you have 5 moves, 15 reps, repeated 3x. This workout is designed to work with kiddos around, but doesn't mean that everyone isn't invited! If you are new to fitness or recovering from an injury I suggest doing 1 set and building up to 3 sets.
