Hey guys, i'm glad to present a new guitar on the channel, but it's the second 1936 Gibson L-12 on the channel (looking at the serial number acutally showed me that the one with different tailpiece and mccarty pickup is actually a 1937 so i'll have to correct from now on). I'm playing the song C'est si bon, and with the lyrics too (last take was an instrumental duet with my friend Fanou Torracinta, and i was playing the 37 L12). The guitar is an advanced Gibson L-12 which means that it has a 17 inches wide lower bout which is X braced instead of parallele braced. The guitar is strung with phosphore bronze strings gauge 13, i'm playing a 0.71mm and the sound is captured by a Neumann TLM 103 and a Bluebird microphone.
