How to replace VW T4 gear linkage bushes (and adjust gear selection!)

Hello and welcome back to the channel and another video on my VW T4 van! In this one I will show you how I went about restoring the gear linkage mechanism and replacing all the gear linkage bushes. It’s a fairly straight forward job to do especially if you remove the linkage assembly from the van. This is specific to a 1994 model however there shouldn’t be too much difference between this and later models. At the end I also show you how to adjust the position of the gearstick in order the clamp the mechanism to allow you to smoothly select all gears!
