Witness Stefan Blasiak testified that he was with Laura on July 1 and 2 in 2012. They had dinner and she stayed at his parent’s house that night. He said she was happy and “excited for life.” In a restaurant, he pulled out his phone and started videoing her, coaxing her to do a little thing she often did — meow like a cat in public. She eventually let out a meow and then a giggle.
