4K Osaka 🇯🇵 : The City Of Futuristic Architecture

In the 4th episode of Japan Architectural Tour we invite you to take Nozomi shinkansen (bullet train) and to travel from Tokyo to Osaka for 1 day. We are going to visit Osaka's most famous and special skyscraper - Umeda Sky Building by Hiroshi Hara which is definitely a one of a kind building in the world. It is one one the unique places where megacities drawings from famous anime meets real architecture. “Exciting journey through the clouds.” Then we will take a walk in Grand Green Osaka - a newly opened business park near the Osaka Station. And then, we will go to find another futuristic place of the city - Tsutenkaku Tower in Shinsekai neighbourhood. This neighbourhood was created in 1912 with New York (Coney Island) as a model for its southern half and Paris for its northern half. The original Tsutenkaku tower (which was similar to Eiffel Tower) was damaged in 1943. The new tower was built in 1956. The uniqueness of the area is this retro-futuristic atmosphere with nostalgic feeling of early 20th century street life. We hope you enjoyed to explore Osaka.
