Poon Hill is located 270 km west from Kathmandu. The Poon Hill viewpoint is on the way to Annapurna Sanctuary which lies in the centre of Annapurna Conservation Area. It is known for its stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges, as well as the opportunity to experience the local culture of the Gurung and Magar communities. Ghodepani Poon Hill Trek is considered a moderate trek, it's suitable for beginners and those with some trekking experience. It's our first trekking though we made it through with various obstacles but peak point is totally worth it with mesmerizing view. Total six days trek : 1st day - We went from Kathmandu to Pokhara by local bus and stay night there. 2nd day - Pokhara to Ulleri by jeep & we trek from Ulleri to Ghodepani. 3rd day - At morning Ghodepani to Poonhill trek & Poonhill to Tadapani stay there at night. 4th day - Tadapani to Ghandruk Trek & from Ghandruk to Pokhara stay night there. 5th day - One day Pokhara tour. 6th day - Back to Kathmandu.
