Pakistan's military establishment has once against reached out to incarcerated former PM Imran Khan at Adiala Jail, after a major constitutional crisis following Pakistan's most rigged elections ever. Sources have confirmed that the military is trying to find a way out of the impasse, a direct result of months of unrest and a crackdown against Khan's supporters, despite which, Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf political group's independent candidates were able to emerge as the largest political group in parliament, far ahead of the military backed PML-N ,PPP and MQM. PTI-Independents have been protesting across the country after many of the election seats were blatantly and openly stolen in a midnight heist, which saw the election reporting system go offline and a reversal of numbers when voting numbers restarted being reported. Pakistan, the world's sixth largest country and the only Muslim nuclear power is facing severe economic turmoil as a result of the military leadership's inability to accommodate Khan's popular support.
