This is DC to DC converter made with SG3525/KA3525 PWM controller IC. This converter can can step up and step down the voltage from 2.2V to 35V DC and input voltage can be from 9V to 18V DC. This PCB have both low battery protection and over heating protection, all are done by LM358 IC and 10K ohm NTC.
