Aloha from the North Shore! This is our first time visiting the North Shore as we’ve never had a car rental in Hawaii before. We had high high hopes in seeing some Hawaiian Green Turtles, and heard a top spot to visit is Laniakea Beach. It did not disappoint! We didn’t go into the water at the beach, though, as we are unfamiliar with the tides here. We just stayed on shore and watched some cuties swimming around. Then we got so lucky and one came to rest right on the beach! Then, we had the absolute best time snorkelling in Shark’s Cove where there were so many different types of fish. Plus: another turtle??
