In our last segment to our "One Month in New Mexico True," we're out finding Billy the Kid. Henry McCarty, a.k.a. William H. Bonney, a.k.a. Billy the Kid is known throughout the world. Many people know the stories of his time as a Regulator, his involvement in the Lincoln County War, and of being killed by Pat Garrett at the age of 21 in Fort Sumner. You've heard the stories, and now we're taking you to the locations. From Lincoln and the Lincoln Historical Site to Fort Sumner, The Billy the Kid Museum, and finally to Billy the Kid's grave, we've got it all. We also found Smokey Bear's resting place in Capitan. This was an awesome way to end our One Month in New Mexico True.
