What is a Frontline Manager?

Front-line managers are office managers, store managers and line managers. They supervise front-line employees such as waitstaff or assembly-line workers and oversee day-to-day operations. Frontline Managers are found in almost any company, such managers are particularly important in industries with distributed networks of sites and employees.
