中国的清明节当然要吃一餐清明粑 Of course, during China's Qingming Festival, one should have a meal of Qingming cake 简介 Introduction： 清明粑，又叫黄草粑，是清明节的传统食俗，清明粑的制作历史已有100余年，是西南地区主要是贵州在清明节所食用的传统小吃。 清明菜是做清明粑的主料，修长的茎和细长的叶子全身长满了白色蛛丝状绵毛，淡黄香青的嫩叶顶端托着淡黄色的顶生的莲座状花蕾，亭亭玉立青翠欲滴。清明菜又名佛耳草或鼠曲草。 清明粑的内陷可以是糖、肉沫、豆腐等等，你们跟着视频做出来尝一尝吧！ Qingming cake, also known as huangcao cake, is a traditional food custom of the Qingming Festival. The production history of Qingming cake dates back over 100 years, and it is a traditional snack consumed during the Qingming Festival, mainly in the southwestern region, particularly in Guizhou.  Qingming vegetable, also known as Buddha's ear grass or rat-tail grass, is the main ingredient used in making Qingming cake. Its slender stems and slender leaves are covered with white filamentous hairs.
