I escaped from Christianity and the Family-Integrated Church movement - Jen Fishburne

Today I spoke with Jen Fishburne, who shared her story and her escape from Christianity. Jen gave an overview of her exposure to Christianity in childhood, then walked through the details of her time in the Family-Integrated Church movement, and specifically her time in a home church run by Doug Phillips of Vision Forum. Jen shared some of the cultic and toxic experiences she had during that time. We went on to discuss the ultra-modesty movement, shame culture, shunning, the Quiverfull movement, Israel Only/Preterism, Universalism, Calvinism. We ended with an overview of her perspectives on theism and atheism.
