Try this yummy and easy KARAHI KALEJI MASALA on the day of EID AL ADHA and get loads of appreciations from family and friends. I gave you a brief tutorial of cutting, pealing ,boiling and cooking in this video so all the begginners shall easily prepare this. SET which will be used in it LIVER / KALEJI , GALL BLADDER / TILLI , KIDNEYS / GURDEY, ASOPHIGUS / NARKHARA , LUNGS / PHEPHRA , HEART / DILL INGREDIENTS : boil gall bladder and heart in a pan with 1 tsp garlic paste untill 80 to 90 % cooked remove all the impurities 2 to 3 times ' boil liver in a separate pan with 1 tsp garlic paste for just 2 mins then drain and wash thoroughly.
