In this video, I show you step-by-step how to make quinoa dosa that turns out perfectly crispy, just like regular dosa, but much healthier. This recipe is easy to make and suitable for beginners too. Crispy Quinoa Dosa – Easy Recipe 📝 Ingredients: 1 cup Urad Dal (split black gram) 2 cups Rice 1 cup Quinoa 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds 2 tablespoons Chana Dal Water (as needed) Salt (to taste) 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds 👩🍳 Method: 1. Wash & Soak Wash urad dal, rice, quinoa, fenugreek seeds, and chana dal thoroughly. Add enough water and soak for 8–9 hours. 2. Grind the Batter Drain the water. Blend everything into a smooth batter using very little water. 3. Ferment Transfer the batter into a bowl. Keep it in a warm place overnight (8–10 hours) to ferment. Tip: You can keep it inside the oven with the light ON for good fermentation. 4. Prepare the Batter After fermentation, take the required amount of batter into a bowl. Add salt, cumin seeds, and a little water to get a pouring consistency. Mix well. 5. Make Crispy Dosa Heat a cast iron or non-stick pan on medium heat. Lightly grease it and pour a ladle of batter. Spread thinly in a circular motion. Cook until golden brown and crispy. 6. Serve Hot Serve hot with peanut chutney, coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or sambar. ⭐ Tips: Use less water while grinding for extra crispy dosas.
