Survivors of religious persecution declare that freedom of religion is a fundamental human right. The Second Ministerial to Advance Religious Freedom, will convene religious leaders, rights advocates, and members of civil society organizations, government officials, and representatives of international organizations from around the world, in Washington, D.C. from July 16-18, 2019, to discuss the challenges facing religious freedom, identify concrete means to address persecution of and discrimination against religious groups, and promote greater respect for religious freedom for all.
