Woodworking table build. This was a fun woodworking project, but I cut too much for it to be a useful tutorial. The process highlights my tools, workbench and even gives a little shop tour. I built these living room coffee and side tables set for a customer and filmed the process. I cut lots of the milling process and completely skipped sanding, finishing, gluing and assembly, but if you're interested in how a project like this can be completed in a small shop, this is a brief visual overview. I was happy that I had the freedom to construct the tables with strong mortise an tenon joints. The customer wanted thick legs, so I was pleased when he decided to have them tapered to the bottom from 0"-1/2" because it makes the design more stylish. The top was also beveled by 10 degrees and I found those two changes made the pieces far less chunky looking.
