A pimp confronted me as he watched over ladyboys in Singapore's Little India. Prospective clients gawk. Most customers are Indian so they can easily "blend in" with each other. The pimp catches me looking at the girls from the road w/camera around my neck. However he doesn't know that I actually am a paying customer. I went upstairs when he wasn't on duty. But I am not going to argue with him. I went upstairs with the intentions of photographing a girl but it's pitch black upstairs and each "room" has no lamp. Creepy. Who knows about the sheets, the floor, the bed frame. It must be really dirty. I left, a paying customer w/no photos. I was thrown into the river and shot. I am recovering from my bullet wounds. I lost 2 in Hong Kong and I lost this 3rd one in Singapore in some fricken tree. One of my problems is that I suck as a pilot. My 2nd problem is that I like to fly around buildings and under bridges where drones go beyond visual sight and my controller loses connection with the drone because of interference from concrete, steel, aluminum & cell phone towers. 3 Mavic Pros. That's about a grand each. And what did I get? One short video of Hong Kong that nobody couldn't care less about. Anyway I bought a DJI Spark - half the price of a Mavic and a lot smaller and lighter. My opinion: get the Spark if you're a traveler. 4K is overrated. The "story" is much more important than 4K. But being much heavier the Mavic can negotiate gusts better than the Spark. I often don't fly the Spark because of the wind when I would've flown the Mavic. This Spark should be my last drone. I'm not rich enough for this hobby (unless I figure out how to establish a Patreon account).
