This is how to paint gutters and fascia in one day. I will show you how to transform your old, worn out, faded and discolored gutters and fascia to looking like brand new. The gutter and fascia are of colorbond material which has a powder coated factory finish. The paint we are using is dulux weathershield which is a water based exterior paint designed to be used for metal, wood, brick concrete ect... and even colorbond with no primer needed as it is self priming. I completed this whole project in one day and you can do it yourself even if it takes you the whole weekend you will save a lot of money by doing it yourself. water based paint will dry fast so always keep a wet edge and keep moving particularly on a warmer day. Oil based paints are a little bit harder to work with but will leave a really smooth gloss finish. Make sure to lay off your paint in long strokes to get rid of brush lines or strokes in the paint.
